According to the United States Census Bureau, from July 1 st 2004 through
July 1 st of 2006, Reno County has increased its population by 165 people.
Only 25 Kansas Counties increased their population during that time period.
Before the adoption of the Blueprint for Growth, Reno County
had been growing at a much slower pace than almost every county around
us, and actually declined in population from 1980 to 2000.
